Steve Wier earned his construction engineering degree from Texas A&M University, and worked almost a decade in commercial construction before starting Wier Enterprises. This hands-on experience coupled with a deep understanding of the construction and engineering disciplines enable us to assist in your design and construct your projects smoothly. - Our superintendents have between 25-35 years of experience.
- Our project management teams (project manager, engineer, craft supervisor) plan and coordinate all aspects of each project.
- We work exclusively in southeast Texas and know the code and permitting requirements inside and out.
- We only solicit bids from subcontractors we know and trust.
- We select subcontractors based on their track record for quality construction and project-specific experience.
- We select subcontractors who share our approach to client service, and will go above and beyond the accepted norm to keep our clients happy.
