We Design and Build
At Wier Enterprises, we strongly believe in design/build project delivery. More than half of our projects at any given time are design/build. We refer to our approach as Team Construction; we sit alongside the owner, architect, and engineers before the first wall is sketched. We outline project goals and fixed parameters. This approach allows all team members buy-in, resulting in a sense of ownership and accountability among all.
