Wier Enterprises in known throughout southern Texas for our conceptual cost estimating service. We provide this service at no additional cost to every client to aide in your initial project planning. This valuable expertise gives owners and architects a working project budget in even the earliest project phase. Our estimates have been historically accurate to within $2.00/square foot of final project costs.

Even after your project is complete, Wier Enterprises is still a part of your team. We pride ourselves on our post-construction warranty response service. Should you have any issues with your facility, one call to our office manager ensures you will have the appropriate subcontractor or Wier Enterprises project manager on site within 24 hours to remedy the problem.
